I have long wanted to create a fine, semi-worsted yarn suitable for fine color-work (like Sanquhar knitting).  The Cotswold x Romney crosses from Liberty Wool Farm in Palermo, Maine, produce wool with a long staple and a little crimp; perfect for this project.

Like all my dyed yarn, I used only plant based dyes (organic when possible) and a few assists to achieve bright, light fast colors.

Gauge: 9 to 11 st/in, needles size 0-2
